I know this is going to sound crazy and when will you have the time, filed civil suits. There way we win is inundate there courts with lawsuits. DO NOT HIRE AN ATTORNEY. You will lose. Unless you hour a constitutional attorney that you know and trust. Yes it is time and some what difficult, but when you start reading and learning there Constitution it is pretty straight forward. Freedom wasn't an easy fight!

Did you save a copy of the form proving that you paid to opt out for the love of God I hope you did and then if you did, I would take that in directly to their main location office and confront them with it

If you were paying them extra for that and they were cashing your checks and taking that money, they are then under a contractual agreement so my first stop if I were, you would be to contact them and remind them of the contractual agreement that you and they are in. And what they come up with some BS reason and say then fine. I want every single penny that I paid for to be refunded.

All of these smart devices are all about control. That is all it is is they want to control you and yes, they can shut it off at any moment. I have no smart devices in this house except this damn telephone that I wish I could just throw out in the yard.

Before you got to the meat & potatoes- I KNEW where this was going. I've been fighting the smart meter for my water bill. My water usage is more than my neighbors (family of 5) & I'm a household of 2. 🤬
