@jessnuremberg: Today I was reminded how quickly we can make assumptions about people without knowing anything about their story. I saw a woman outside the post office with a stroller, and when I realized there was a tiny baby inside, I stopped to talk to her. She told me she needed diapers and formula, so I gave her all the cash I had, $41. It wasn’t a huge gesture, but it reminded me how incredibly grateful I am for what I have and how something small to us can mean so much to someone else. Sharing this not for credit, but because kindness is contagious.
