Hi! I wasn’t in the same exact situation, I was leaving my daughter with her father during the day so I could work. I fully trusted him with mine and her life but I still felt the exact same way you are feeling. The only thing that helped me was that my boss was so sweet and caring to let me call every so offen to check in with them until I got more comfortable leaving them.

When it becomes hard, remember that you are building your village right now. You can’t do it all your own. Your child will benefit from being with and learning from other people outside of their immediate family!

Girl I’ve been with my daughter since she was born and even leaving her 1-2hrs with grandma makes me so sad😣I feel so bad for her💔 but honestly I just tell myself she’s getting took care of by a trusted person so I trust she will be okay. That’s honestly it. But other than that I’m constantly thinking of her n worrying about her🥹

I don’t trust n can’t imagine leaving my daughter in daycare that’s why I’ve stayed so long with her but you’re literally making$$$$ so that’s a plus too😝 hopefully your family friend does good at what she does with your baby 🫶🏽
