Her hair is super clean and long shiny blonde if she’s able to maintain her 70 ft long hair I don’t think she’d have stains on her garments 🤷♂️

No, it's nice! Really. I admire your courage and dedication for lore accuracy. May I suggest painting something on a bigger format while wearing the dress on. This way the stains will form naturally. For more aestheticvives choose to paint with the colour pallete that corresponds with the character, like this sun for example (stains will be less visible but still there in the variety of shades)

Just a tip when mimicking paint stains, get a canvas and start painting it. Wipe the brush on the clothes when there’s little paint on it (no one just puts a fresh paint dip on their clothes). Also dip it in water to “clean” the brush but don’t fully clean it, then wipe it on. It’s all about how it dries and settles.
