The USA has more fatalities in the world and has the lowest speed limits. Germany and Europe there is no speed limit in most highways and they have very few crashes.

I wish they would make up their minds, a cop told me I had to be doing the speed limit when I could see the sign, I was going from a 45 to a 35. Why doesn't it work in reverse?
