Periperi pulled chicken nachos 😍 looking for a dish to serve for the World Cup gatherings? This is perfect! Full recipe below ⬇️ Ingredients: -180g bag chilli heatwave Doritos -2 large chicken breast -1 tbsp olive oil -1 tsp salt -1/2 tsp pepper -1 tsp mixed herbs -1/2 tsp periperi salt -1 tsp garlic powder -half a chopped onion -1 large pepper -grated cheddar cheese -grated mozzarella -grated Parmesan -jalapeños -periperi sauce -mild salsa Method: -Place your chicken in a bowl and add your olive oil and seasonings, then mix together well -place your chicken in a medium heated pan and cook until fully done -take your chicken out off the pan and set your pan to one side, then place your chicken in a bowl, and shred it with two forks -chop your onion and pepper up into small chunks then add your shredded chicken, peppers, and onions into the same bowl and add your Periperi sauce (as much as you like) -after mixing, place this back into the same pan and allow to cook for a further 10 minutes -grab a baking tray and line it with baking paper, add half your Doritos, then a layer of each of your cheeses, a few blobs of salsa, then a layer of your shredded chicken mix -repeat the same steps again and top with your desired amount of jalapeño -place on the oven on 200 degrees Celsius until your cheese is melted, serve and enjoy! #nachos #loadednachos #sharingrecipes #EasyRecipes #DinnerIdeas
