💯 agree. A while back, I started doing work on becoming more self-validating, so I rely less on external validation. If I receive praise, I graciously receive it...but I stopped expecting it, especially from people close to me. It's a work in progress, but it has helped me embrace that I have haters, and I also reframed having haters as a signal that I'm doing well. 👍
