Ive adopted your skin flood method and its done wonders for my skin. I unfortunately cannot use retinol. Even the smallest dose purges me and just disteoys my skin 😭. Soon as I stop it, my skin goes back to normal. Im scared to use anymore.

Ashley, I work night shift and haven’t started a retinol because I am confused as to whether I should put the retinol on my face in the morning or at night before I go to work. And then, on my days off, I sleep at night and stay up during the day. Any recommendations on how to make a retinol work for a night shift worker?

My face couldn’t tolerate retinol before I started skin flooding. I really thought I was one of those people that skin was too sensitive to use it. However I’ve been flooding for an over a year (thanks to you) and decided to try again a few months ago. I’m up to using prescription retinol every night well like 6 nights

Adapelene gel works amazing for me!! I have not been able to tolerate tretinoin. I have very sensitive reactive skin with rosacea. I have a very hydrating skincare routine and I use the sandwich method with adapelene and it’s been a game changer for me. I can use encapsulated retinol as well and I’m hoping I can work my way up to tretinoin.

I was doing my neck and chest the way I did my face and it broke out SO fast, any reason why? I stopped everything on my chest and wash it with a BP face wash in the shower every night and it’s finally almost clear

After years of use, I can use a retinoid on my forehead and neck right under my chin. If I use it anywhere else on my face the rosacea flares up. It’s ok though. My forehead looks good and I’m am winning the fight against turkey neck.
