The thing is, schools don't do shit about bullying. When they literally say no bullying, they don't do shit until someone either ends up shooting up the school or killing themselves. Or their parents have to come up to the school and have a personal talk with the district. Or, when lawsuits are involved, that's the only time when schools actually want to get involved in shit.
