( i think ur gonna like this recipe pls try ur gonna be amazed by the taste ) in srilanka we just cut them and wash them and we add sugar ,little bit of salt ,and paprika and little bit of chlilly flex , the main thing is not to add whater just mix them untile the sugar melt and become to mixchure and eat thats the best "achcharu " recipe i ever known for my hole life (my english is not good soo dont mind the spellings 😁😅)

if you have mustard seeds, blend them up into a paste. mix it with the mango and add some green chillies with it.
