@doctormeki: Is this a real phenomenon? Accutane shrinks sebaceous glands and significantly reduces sebum production. The nose has a high concentration of sebaceous glands, so when those glands become less active, the skin can look less oily, less swollen, and more refined, which may create the *appearance* of a smaller nose. (It’s an illusion, Michael! Iykyk) Accutane does NOT reshape the cartilage or bone of your nose. So it’s not actuallyyy a nose job! The effect is primarily an appearance change (illusion!) from reduced oil gland activity and not structural change.
