I had a car accident was taken to the ER and while I was in the room I remembered I had a hair appointment that night. I texted my daughter and said please call them and let them know what happened and reschedule for me and tell them I’ll pay for the less than 24 hour cancel. They didn’t charge me but I felt so bad ! Even though it was out of my control !

I went to a hair appointment the day I got out of the hospital for pneumonia because I’d been too sick to cancel and was scared of cancelation fees. A few months later I tore my acl and meniscus and was on crutches. I had a hair appointment the day after. Of course I showed up to my appointment. My stylist told me not to worry about cancellation fees, because if I don’t show up, it must be a huge emergency. 🤷
