PASTA MEAL PREP 🍝❄️ Fun fact: even though we’re food content creators and LOVE cooking, when we get home after a looooong day of work, we’re no different from anyone else… Sometimes, the LAST thing we want to do is cook! 😅 So after years of takeout, junk food and stressful evenings figuring out dinner, we started meal prepping. It was convenient, but we quickly got bored of eating the same meal 3–4 days in a row. Then one day, because we didn’t want to waste our leftovers… we froze them. And we never stopped 😂 That’s how our frozen block method started! 🧊 We picked 20 of our absolute favorite pasta sauces and spent weeks making them perfectly freezer-friendly✨ The idea is simple: make a BIG BATCH of sauce when you have time, portion it and freeze it. Then, on those busy days, grab the cube you’re craving, boil some pasta and DONE.
