I hate how nasty it feels!!! I hate that the next day it is leaking out of me 🤢🤢 Can there not be a more absorbing way? I did acid back in the 90s and if they could put acid on a tiny piece of paper and it absorbed WHY can this not be done for estrogen???

2 years of back to back UTI’s, saw a UroGynocologist and was put on a preventative antibiotic. A nutritionist told me I was in perimenopause and I needed estrogen. Stopped the UTI’s immediately.
