My 70lb pitty can escape in 2 seconds. Great for when your dog is moving forward, but if she wants to get out, she is out.

So I just got this for my 100lb dog and I agree, the pulling is much less! However, the side ring does not redirect my dog back. It just pulls the harness sideways. I tried tightening it... but I agree. It's still better than the traditional harness that my dog definitely pulled much more while wearing.
