You gotta give yourself permission to be selfish. It changed my life. I still help people btw, however, on my terms. Most people are vampires and have no problem all stealing your time and energy. You gotta get your "bad" traits back because the world is evil and will only take. I know this sounds cold but its not. You can't help anyone on your terms of you are not successful, and you can't be successful with people stealing your time in one way relationships.
