I am on the fence about the app still. If I stick with it for a month or two, I’ll probably switch to the annual. But I do like that she is showing fitness can be more realistic (and that it’s not all about being skinny. She’s pushing being strong and healthy)

Love Ladder! I don’t struggle trying to figure out a workout anymore. I also love that it connects to my Apple Watch AND YouTube music while being able to hear the prompts. It’s been a game changer for me.
