initially, it is 3 surgeries -- not 1. and there is no hospital, no surgeon, no anesthesiologist, (no malpractice insurance agency), that will perform open heart surgery on a newborn with a guarantee of 100% success. define success. we all know the old saying, "the surgery was a success but the patient died".

If I was her, I would’ve dropped off radar and went and had my baby privately somewhere. I never told them anything because they clearly didn’t love the baby from the very beginning like you’re supposed to.
