Keep in mind also that the amount of energy it takes to artificially create nitrogenous fertilizer is tremendous b/c breaking the triple covalent bond of the N2 molecule takes A LOT! This contributes to a ton of carbon (and other pollution) - or, we could just let bacteria do the work for us… like, for free

For new gardeners: Search up “keystone species plants” and your city/state. Many of these plants heal the soil bc they’re native and attract good bugs!!

Permaculture, based on indigenous practices, is revolutionary and I feel it’s the best way for the future. It removes the need for fertilizer. I also compost and add use compost when adding to my permaculture. I haven’t ever needed fertilizer. Love this video esp for folks doing monoculture and traditional gardens!

This is important. Because we need to enrich our soil and revive it.

I've been using Dr JimZ Chicken Soup for the Soil for years and swear by it. I recently started using Kelp and Fruit and Bloom booster and see a difference. I think I still really prefer the Power Grow Masterblend Trio 4.18.38 over the Kelp and Fruit and Bloom Booster though and will more than likely go back to using it along with the Dr JimZ. 😊

Thank you for the information! Are biostimulant effective in arid climates as well? I live in the southwest basin and it is hard to keep the soil alive
