Walmart offers one time assistance to pay rent or get a car fix like a big life event. Ask a store manager or ppl lead if this program still exist. I used it a couple of years ago.

Not sure about your state but if the landlord accepted partial payment they agreed to that amount basically. The payments should’ve been returned to you soooo technically there is no eviction

Being that the house is still in her name I would leave. Send the kids to their parents FOR NOW and get you somewhere stable and go from there. It might not be ideal but you have to build a solid foundation for yourself before you can help others. 🫶🏽
