I do wonder if OpenAI will follow a similar trend in the statistical approach to marking. Like I stated previously, they do best to keep their mouths shut. They’re aware of how easily some users will pivot to Chinese AI. Because, let’s be for real, will something like Kimi3 suddenly have a front facing portal to test text and verify its origination? Probably not.

The act makes specific exemptions for code, which OpenAI will not be marking. Anthropic will be. My point still stands.
