You should look into acid stains. Also check out concrete pigments, I really like butterfield colors and antiquing release. Not 100%sure what you’re pouring into but brush that antiquing release on your form pour your colored concrete in and then wash off excess release and seal it with concrete sealer you wouldn’t have to paint at all and it’ll last forever
