@snackbenimble: Easy Candied Pecans - I make these for friends and neighbors every holiday season. They’re also perfect for football Sunday or as a salad topping! Recipe Preheat oven to 300 degrees 32 ounce bag of pecans 1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2 egg whites 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt Pour the pecans into a large bowl. Coat with the egg whites. Top with both sugars, the cinnamon, and salt. Stir really well to evenly distribute everything. Spread pecans on a large parchment paper lined baking sheet, and bake at 300° for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the pecans from the oven. Stir them and flip them with a spatula. Put them back in the oven for 20 more minutes. Watch them at the end to make sure they don’t burn. Remove from the oven, let them cool, and enjoy! These are great as an appetizer or as a salad topping. #eas#EasyRecipev#favoriterecipel#holidaysp#appetizersu#glutenfreefirst viral recipe holiday baking edible gift candied pecans salad topping crunchy healthy whole food sweet food blogger recipe in caption

As a baker, mix together all dry sugars, white and brown including Cinnamon or spice of your choice. Once all Mix and no lumps, add the dry with the pecans already covered with the egg white. you will find it's time saving.😉 Bon appétit. It would be nice to try with a bit of Corse salt for its sweet and salty taste. Don't go crazy on the salt.

Looks Amazing but if you are in a hurry Costco sells praline pecans in a 40oz container for about $13.99. I use them all the time.
