I looked through your dad’s LinkedIn account, please have him do some research into TTEC. They hired my dad a couple of months ago and I know they’re still open to expanding rn. It’s mostly remote (from home) work but they have unlimited vacation as long as u get ur work done. He loves it and has a very similar work background to ur dad!! Just an idea in case he’s maybe never heard of them!!
