@hearthandharvestco: Let me tell you!!! This was an ABSOLUTE game changer. Every time I need to restock my pancake mix I DREAD grinding up the dehydrated starter. So much blending and sifting and blending and sifting. It’s so annoying, but I cannot leave sharp bits in my pancake mix. I even have a really good, high powered blender. I saw a post where someone used a spice grinder and I thought, “Hmmmm, I wonder if my coffee grinder would work.” HOT DAMN- it sure did. I didn’t even need to sift. There were some clumps, but just like little balls of powder. They broke up really well with a fork. Seriously magical. Then I scooped it into some baggies to share with customers, friends, and family. I linked the grinder I used to my Amazon storefront.
