Ich hab das Geheimnis hinter Nhas City Chicken Spezial gelüftet 💎 Zutaten: - 2 halbe Hähnchen - ⁠je 1 EL Paprika, Salz, Knoblauchpulver - ⁠je 0,5 EL Zwiebelsalz, Pfeffer, brauner Zucker - ⁠Olivenöl - ⁠Thoum (Knoblauchsauce, alternativ Aioli) - ⁠libanesisches Fladenbrot - ⁠Salat, Rotkraut, Hummus, Pommes 1. Gewürze mit Öl verrühren bis eine Paste entsteht 2. ⁠Hähnchen damit einreiben und mindestens 2 Std marinieren 3. ⁠bei 170 Grad Umluft 55-65 min backen 4. ⁠Hähnchen auf mittlerer Hitze anbraten und mit Thoum einschmieren 5. ⁠unter mehrfachem Wenden wiederholen bis sich Röstaromen bilden 6. ⁠Brot mit Thoum beschmieren und leicht knusprig braten 7. ⁠mit Pommes, Salat, Rotkraut, Hummus und extra Thoum servieren #hähnchen #berlin #chicken #rezept #kochen
