Well it's a display. Most displays in stores will have something missing to where they don't actually function, it's a deterrent to stop people from stealing displays

The ram prices has nothing to do with the economy. It has to do with new AI data centers. Its actually helping the economy because I'm actually going to school so I can work and build AI data centers.

It’s been standard practice to not have the actual hardware in the display pcs for a long time especially with expensive GPUs and RAM. Just because you’ve never noticed until now doesn’t mean this is new
