I dated someone who wasnt circumcised and while he is a very clean person CONSTANTLY had infections and issues down there. he hated all the extra skin and inflammation he had to deal with.

I dont see a problem with it as im cut, but I can see why other would disagree. However I dont think id be able to see it as child abuse Im honestly happy I was because I ended not having a father in my life past age 3, and thus wouldn't have learned how to properly wash had I not.

here's the thing though, if a doctor is married to a non-doctor, then said doctor can't really treat anyone related to him (mostly family) due to it being what would be called a "conflict of interest", and would be considered "too close" to a patient.
