You can try different type of uht milk. Toddler also picky one. some like this brand uht some like other brand uht. Cowhead , greenfield, pauls they all taste slightly different. If u worry he not enough milk nutritions then can try kids supplements multivitamins

I don't know where you live but in Italy we have latte fieno, it's milk from cows which live in the mountains and eat grass. it's completely different. my kid loves it, nothing compares whith latte fieno
