Imagine dumpling but its deconstructed and layered like a lasagna. I would have this over anything 🤤 —- INGREDIENTS - 300g minced meat - 4 garlic cloves - ginger (thumb size) - 1.5 tbs soy sauce - 2 teaspoons oyster sauce - 2 teaspoons sesame oil - pinch of salt - pinch of black pepper - dumpling wrapper DIRECTIONS 1. Mince your garlic and ginger and add it to your minced meat. Season it with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper. If you want to add cabbage or any type of vegetables, you can it as well. 2. Scoop the filling and add the first layer to your bowl followed by your dumpling wrapper and some water (for moisture) 3. Repeat step 2 until your bowl is filled and steam it for 30 mins. 4. After 30 mins, your dumpling is ready and you can have it as it is or flip on a plate. 5.
