another stupid cop trying to use a flimsy excuse to murder, an innocent property owner. This is why the state of Oregon, makes it legal to shoot trespassing morons, because it cuts down on illiteracy on the police force. That farmer was probably burning brush in that feild, before officer Barney Fife, numb nuts, was even gleam in his daddies eye. For him to escalate the situation, to murder, over a fire that was not out of control; he is the world's stupidest man. Had he really given a shit about the community he would be more likely to call a fire truck, than reach for his gun, in a situation that would have ended in no injuries, if he had just swallowed his ego and pride, and walked away. Public safety is more important than your Narcasistic self worship, and your Kings Knights of the realm, mentality!
