Cool bucket list experience which almost didn’t run this year due to safety issues with the carriages…. Pacific Rim Pacific Rim is a 2013 science-fiction action film directed by Guillermo del Toro. The story takes place in a future where enormous monsters called Kaiju emerge from a portal beneath the Pacific Ocean and attack cities around the world.
