I think the cops right. Laws are always up for interpretation by the person enforcing. The problem is a person can go to jail until a judge determines based on the interpretation made by the officer. I’m no lawyer and will never get belligerent with anyone on TT who wants to debate by just calling names. I like saying that because the vast majority of people in political debates simply call names but have zero argument. Anyway, you have the ability in FL to refuse business to anyone for any reason as long as it doesn’t violate their rights as far as race, religion, sec etc. All up for interpretation of the laws. I think the cop right is right though. I’m listening again as I write… the cops even willing to take her to the Omni to help her. Hmm.
