Mutton Nihari 👌 Ingredients: * 750 g mutton * ½ cup oil * 1 onion, sliced * 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste * 3 tbsp nihari masala * 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder * 3 cups water * 3–4 tbsp plain flour (maida) * ⁠5-6 tbs water Method 1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add sliced onion and ginger-garlic paste; sauté for 2 minutes until lightly browned. 2. Add mutton and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring well. 3. Add nihari masala and Kashmiri chilli powder; sauté briefly. 4. Add 3 cups water, close the lid, and pressure cook for 25–30 minutes on low to medium-low heat. 5. Mix maida with water to make a smooth, runny slurry. 6. Remove excess oil from the nihari, then slowly add the flour mixture while gently stirring. 7. Bring to a boil and cook until the nihari thickens. 8. Garnish with fresh coriander and fried onions. Serve hot. #nihari #mutton #cookingtales11 #fyp #viral
