She's not explaining this correctly they are just expressing their 1st amendment right! I get that it might be frustrating but when you don't want to be filmed they why would you approach the camera?! We are on Film everywhere in public! Just ignore and go about your business. It amazes me that ppl don't understand the laws that you have no expectation of privacy in public!
