You have to prefer being single over dating guys that aren’t right for you. I was single for years because I’d walk away from guys at first signs of red flags (I didn’t want someone who needed a lot of growth). So when I met my husband I didn’t know he was the one, I’m six years in and two babies and I’m still waiting for a red flag. My man is a saint, a unicorn, a provider, a family man. If my husband is present, I genuinely get to take a back seat with parenting the kids because he loves being a parent and is really good at it, maybe even better than me.
