Lowkey don’t understand the point of this TikTok not gonna lie… and I usually agree with pretty much everything you say. Injuries are different so just because they had a similar injury doesn’t mean Sasha had the exact some pain and placement of the injury. Also if injured skaters shouldn’t compete Yuzuru would have 1 OGM instead of 2.

Injury cant be the same lol. Everybody has their own abilities and extent of the pain can be different for each person. Furthermore, it is up to them how they should perform under such stress

The comment didn't claim that Sasha had the best stq. But why use her worst stq. That's what probably what he/she said. Waka is the best in stq. But injuries affect a skater's stq. I don't know why you are saying this when everybody knows sasha has a weak spot in stq.

Like genuinely no hate to trusova but cmon.. if you try to justify someone struggling with a stsq bc theyre injured THEY SHOULDNT EVEN BE ON THE ICE IN THE FIRST PLACE, because if they are struggling/ foot hurting on FUNDAMENTALS that means they cant even jump any jump.

I’m guessing everyone confused or arguing is not a skater, objectively, when you have an overuse injury you should be able to do turns and steps before jumps. Jumps put significantly more pressure on the injury. When I had jumper knee last spring it meant that I was constantly doing moves in the field, not jumping. And this is the case for all skaters. It’s 2-4x your body weight when jumping, turns doesn’t put that kind of pressure on it

Wakaba undoubtedly has way better step seq than Sasha.So,an injury will obviously affect her step seq way less as she is more used to it.No one is saying Sasha has good step seq without injury but what the comment want to say is injury definitely made it worse and it is not justified to take the worse (injured)one.

The way people did not understand this video. The thing is that if you are injured to the extent that you cannot do an StSq, you definitely cannot jump- Which she could, so that definitely was not it, and Sasha is just StSq weak (Yes, she is). Then, why is Wakaba here? Waka(scheherazade) knows that an injury cannot be the exact same, but these were, I insist by using his own terms, SIMILAR, but did not affect Wakaba's skating skills to the point of hindering her ability to perform a StSq. "Wakaba is known to be good at StSq"- Yes, exactly. Skaters have strengths and weaknesses. One of Sasha's is her skating skills- I already explained why it was not her injury that affected her StSq somewhere above, so voilà.
