God bless this Angel with divine discernment to save God's blessing. Why would they not want to save their child. You can't terminate a pregnancy that late without complications for the surrogate.

How sad that this has to be a court issue, when commons sense is involved! It would be different if she’d lost the baby, but a defect? No baby is ever, guaranteed healthy! Whom ever thinks that, should not have children! Further more, in life with bringing a child into this world, you get what you get, and you don’t throw a fit! God knows what you can handle!! Those that don’t want to be parents and hurting your own child, shouldn’t just get a prison life sentence either! Social workers and judges need to be accountable already! Especially with children in their custody, CPS, DHS, protect these young lives at all cost, we will have to give an account to a higher power! Amen!

The biological parents have to pay for the surgeries? Should be an interesting court case. The surrogate certainly has the right to not get an abortion regardless of what the contract states.
