@addaddisfoods: Today we discovered a unique traditional spot around Bole Atlas / Chechnya called Selo Craft Tella. This place is special because they serve different types of Ethiopian tella, with around 9 varieties, each made from different grains and flavors. It is a nice place for people who want to experience traditional Ethiopian drinks in a clean and modern way. They also have delicious fasting food. We tried their fasting beyaynetu, which comes with around 13 different fasting dishes for 770 birr. We also tried Duba Wot / Pumpkin Wot for 680 birr, and Shirshim, a coarsely ground chickpea dish slowly cooked with a spicy pepper blend, for 590 birr.
