I completed a 40 day fast and never told anyone what I was doing but around in my thirties day of fasting one guy saw me walking down stairs and said he saw a glow around me but in my mirror I saw a dried up man but my mind was sharp and I understood things clearly and grew in the Lord.

Whewww conviction! I started a fast after my last meal at 9pm yesterday and I was determined to go all day today until tomorrow. I caved at 6PM today. I don’t feel ashamed I just know I’ll get closer to 24 hours next time. One day I’ll make it to 24hrs, 48hrs, 72hrs, 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, 40 days.
