If a cop smells alcohol and sees poor driving, if he refuses any FSTs, the officer has probable cause and he’d just be arrested and let a blood test show guilt or innocence.

There has to be a law that stops them some say things like “if you didn’t drink you shouldn’t be worried about the test.” “If you don’t have anything in the car you should be okay with us searching it.” How about if you stop was legitimate you shouldn’t have to use manipulation.

Police used to care about the community and citizens , at least I believed that. Now they are just revenue generators, all questions are leading to tickets , uniform cops are looking for reasons to writes , like meter maids
