This is so real, but this is also something we’re not allowed to say in America. We can’t expect people to learn the language, even when them failing to learn the language becomes dangerous and inconvenient for everybody around them and themselves. It is seen as prejudice, if we even mention it. But anywhere else I go I would expect to learn the language to be able to live there properly.
