I had a seizure home all alone once and my dog, with no training or experience of seeing me seize, got on the floor, laid next to me, and put his head under mine so it would stop hitting the floor. He protected me from hurting myself 🥹

My family cat thats never been clingy or cuddly with really anyone suddenly got super clingy with me after I started having seizures again. Now every night he refuses to not be beside me and often the night before one he refuses to not be touching me in some way all night and morning.

i had seizures while i was asleep so idk if my cat was with me or not i dont remember much but the night after i had my cat killed a mouse and bought it to my bed and dropped it on me like he was feeling embarrassed i couldnt hunt to feed myself or something, also hes a fully indoor cat so i have no clue where this mouse came from like

animals just know! i have pots and my cat knows when im going to faint and starts meowing until i sit and let her know i’m ok. they’re so smart!

One time I seized in my sleep, I woke up to my kitten at the time sitting on my chest just looking at me, I still have him and he will do almost the same thing now :)

not a seizure thing but my cat that lives with my parents would wake me before I had a nosebleed. I was cronicly anemic and it was semi regular but when it first started I was really distressed I would wake up with my face and pillow caked in blood. he made it his mission to wake me every time, even if I ment digging my face out the pillow XD wich resulted in a scratched up face (and once him accidentally scratched my literal eyeball) but boy I loved him for it

I had one in my bathroom. I woke up on the floor and there was my fur baby ( Houston) right behind me! Ever since that he freaks out if i take too long in the bathroom! God bless our fur babies. They know! ❤️
