because the philippine educ system teaches you to be an employee and not complain when subjected to unfair labor conditions 😭 they already condition us in school to be slaves to our minimum wage jobs

I wish the ph education system is more practical. Like we have 2-3 performance tasks +activities, several repostings, and their beloved roleplays

Nursing programs here in the Philippines are very strict and if you are coming from or studying in one of the biggest universities or colleges their standards are very high.

it's because pilipino society expects resiliency in everything that we must do. if you break down you're considered weak, if you can't manage this you're considered lazy, they even go as far as compare students from one another saying "oh this student was able to do it blah blah blah so why can't you?" which ends up breaking that person down even more which is bullshit
I have friends who study nursing and why tf do they have starting 1st year never ending summer classes?? what do you mean after finishing your 1st year you have summer classes, then after 2nd year you have to enroll in summer classes or else you won't be able to complete the pre-requisite? same goes after 3rd year there's another summer class like BRO WTF

One thing I really hate abt ph educ system is that I have to take a minor subject (probably the things that you've already learned in jhs and shs, just in different name) that isn't even related to the course I picked, and the minor subjects being far more stressful than major subjects because of the workloads..

since it's only less units compared to the Philippines that gets 21 units normally in college. Do people there complete their college in 4 years? or it's extended?

they neeeeed to make adjustable schedules for every university in the Philippines. I hate having to hurry to school for a 7 am class when I live half an hour away (an hour with traffic or flood)
I also hate the excuse "just wake up earlier to attend class!" yeah but public transport don't even drive that early 😭 just make the classes adjustable for every so it resolves all issues
