@rosshapp: First hospital stay since I’d been born. Then- bang - 12 weeks, chemo, drugs, readjusting to a new me. Home in January, then with a few short stays in between, admitted to Glasgow Royal Inf for conditioning chemo, full body radiotherapy and stem cell transplant . Another 12 week hospital stay. Fast forward to photo 2 and that is me 50 years old with a large cake knife. Photo 3 is me acting the clown. Despite a life threatening diagnosis aged 20 - you can still live life to the full.
