Confiance Voice of Voiceless :
This is so true. I spent four years working in the banking sector, and at the time, it felt like so much work, pressure, and mental exhaustion. I often questioned myself and thought, “Maybe I’m just not a good employee. Maybe I’ll never do great work.”
Three years later, I started my own organization, and I realized something: building my own organization was actually even more work than employment. The difference was that I genuinely enjoyed it.
I could spend nights brainstorming, solving problems, creating, and working, yet I didn’t feel the same kind of exhaustion. The more I did it, the more I grew. My mind became more creative, I started thinking deeper and seeing further, and I could see the future I was building. I was growing in so many areas—professionally, mentally, and personally.
So, to everyone out there: if the work you’re doing is constantly burning you out, maybe it’s worth asking yourself whether it’s the right work for you.
