i sent something to someone i trusted and the app we used would ensure he wouldn’t save it into his camera roll without notifying me first. long story short, i tried to delete them and he ended up saving i think 6-9 pictures/videos into his phone. i begged him to delete them. he said he did but i don’t believe him. he then created a fight and proceeded to block me. i feel so icky. what should i do? 😭

I wish my mom told me this and educated me on things like this and stuff before I thought it was a compliment and made mistakes for my age when I was younger I have this condition where my body matured faster and when I was like in third grade, I had the body already of a 16 year-old and now I have the body of a 19-year-old and for my age that’s pretty abnormal and so that means I get hit on by guys because of my body mostly and I used to think it was a compliment because they wouldn’t always talk about my body, but I was pressured by my now ex-boyfriend for pictures and he constantly asked, and I made the mistake of sending so parents who see this. Please don’t let your daughters make the same mistake mistakes that I did please don’t.

I would like to add from experience that please please please be an open safe space for your daughter to come to you if anything sketchy happens. Just include in that conversation that you’re there for her no matter what and won’t judge her if something happens. I really wish my mom would have been a safe place when these things did happen.

yes! even my 5 year twin girls. I tell them a friend who is mean to you doesnt like you. friends treat each other nicely and care for you. i dont just say friends shouldn't be mean. I tell them what those mean behaviors mean also. be blunt. dont beat around the bush they need to understand the good and the bad.

My boyfriend went to a private all boys catholic school. They told them that if they’re caught with a picture of a nude teenaged girl, that it’s literally child P. They’re still minors. It’s nothing to mess around with.
