I don’t get the whole idea in regards to the fact that this gentleman‘s house looks an absolute mess from not maintain it. So what’s gonna be the difference when you guys go in there? Do all your renovations and paint and clean and then within a year, the house will be back to the way it was before you did this. What’s the point then?

Why put a tub in for a barely walking elderly man??? Walk in Shower with a seat is the only way to go. High Tubs are difficult to get into and out off … it is a matter of time before a fall & hip injury.
