Because I get very bad injection site reactions that take many months to fade (and frankly a couple spots may never fade completely), I stick to my abdomen (my fav for just ease of injecting) and upper thighs (effective, but a bit of a pita to inject and not hit muscle). These areas are just easier for me to cover up.

I never believed in the diff sites=diff responses. If one truly believes, who am I to say but there are no studies to prove that practice. Maybe someday it will be studied🤷♀️🤷🏻♂️🤷

I need to ask a question: I keep seeing that people have (more) success on higher doses even when everything like their movement, their deficit etc is the same but all of the sudden, they break a plateau or lose weight a bit faster. Is that a thing? Are there effects of the medication aside from you calorie intake? I’m currently on 5mg and I can hit my targets but it’s too much white knuckling and I am inclined to go up
