Call at 7.59am you get the "surgery closed" message. Call at 8am to listen to a 2 minute recorded message about what to do in an emergency. By 8.02am all the appointments are fully booked 😩

Can’t even ring my GP - everything done through Satan’s portal, aka Patchs. Takes 20 minutes of fighting with the AI system and it asking you to upload images of body parts to be added to a queue of people they may, if they deem you dying enough, to get an appointment. Eventually.

you forgot the part where they tell you that you can't call to book and you have to go on the website instead to fill in a form to request an appointment, but the form closes outside of the surgery's opening hours 😭
